The Miss Teen Philippines USA 2011 is fast approaching and I was a bit surprised and excited that I met one of the contestants and she was only 16 years old and we met her just this morning a few hours ago...... In the picture below, she's the one at the bottom far right.
Anyway, it was a very solemn and beautiful Black Saturday morning and we were all prepared to smell the fresh morning air at Trenas Boulevard Boardwalk here in the city of Iloilo in the
Philippines while we jog and do brisk walking. On regular Saturdays, we always attend a Taebo session which starts at 5:30 in the morning and ends at around 6:15. But today, since it's still part of the Lenten Season, there was no Taebo session and everyone was either jogging or walking or doing both and even sat near the dike to "take five".
After our 8.4-kilometer walk, we went straight under the Mandurriao Bridge for your usual coffee session with matching "pan de sal", a type of bread famous throughout the Philippines, very cheap but very delicious and tasty. When suddenly, we were 
told that we have a surprise visitor and she's a lass from the United States whose roots can be traced all the way back here in Iloilo City, a city which is a 45-minute plane ride from the capital city of Manila.She's one of the contestants to the Miss Teen Philippines USA 2011 and her name is Samantha Sancho Shaw (I hope I got the middle name right). Anyway, she's really beautiful and sexy and she has a very innocent smile. I even got the chance to capture her on video and some pictures of her during her "courtesy call" with all the health-conscious people of Iloilo City.
